GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The Business Operation Executive is a support staff in the Company and is responsible for acting as an important coordinating point between external parties and companies and handle all administrative work.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to monitor progress, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate effective communication.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage reports, minutes, or notes from meetings or seminars attended or organised.
- Address and manage customer inquiries received through calls, messages (including WhatsApp), and emails.
- Maintain and update administrative records and sales reports, including incentive and claim reports, in a timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Occasionally undertake light travel to various locations such as Majlis, Puspakom, and banks as required.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, with a proactive and reliable approach.
- Provide comprehensive support to employees and management, handling ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- To assist in any task as and when required.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
(Essential Skills\Knowledge and Experiences)
- Minimum 2-year working experience in administration.
(experience in automotive is an advantage) - Minimum education; SPM, Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- A team player with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must. Additional language is an advantage.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, presentation and effective communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
- Immediate joiner is preferred
