Job Summary:
The Marketing Senior Executive (Automotive) is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase showroom traffic, generate sales leads, and strengthen brand presence for automotive products and services. This role works closely with the sales and aftersales teams to support vehicle sales, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support vehicle sales, promotions, and new model launches.
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website updates, online advertisements, and lead platforms.
Generate and manage customer leads and ensure proper distribution to sales advisors.
Coordinate showroom events, roadshows, test drive events, and promotional activities.
Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, videos, and social media content.
Work closely with sales, service, and parts departments to align marketing activities with business targets.
Monitor marketing performance including lead conversion rate, showroom walk-ins, and campaign ROI.
Liaise with vendors, media agencies, printers, and event organizers for marketing execution.
Ensure brand guideline compliance in all marketing and showroom visual displays.
Conduct market and competitor analysis on vehicle pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Manage marketing budget, quotations, and cost control.
Support customer engagement programs such as loyalty programs, service promotions, and festive campaigns.
Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.
Guide junior marketing staff or promoters when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive marketing.
Strong understanding of automotive sales process and showroom operations is an advantage.
Experience in digital marketing, lead management systems, and social media advertising.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays during events or promotions.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or dealer management systems is an advantage.
