GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

The Sales Advisor uses various soft skills and industry knowledge to provide the most rewarding customer service experience possible. Responsible for making customers feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. A welcoming and friendly demeanour. Greet customers arriving at the dealership
  2. Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
  3. Answer customer questions about cars, financing and the purchase process
  4. Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
  5. Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles
  6. Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options
  7. Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles To assist in any task as and when required.
  8. Record all customer details systematically for easy reference in future.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
(Essential Skills\Knowledge and Experiences)

  • Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport-building
  • In-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options and sales process
  • Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
  • Knowledge and passion for vehicles
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Minimum education; SPM, Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • A team player with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must. Additional language is an advantage.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, presentation and effective communication skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
  • Immediate joiner is preferred
